Arvest Bank has processed all of the direct-deposit stimulus payments we have received from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and other third parties and made those funds available to our customers. It is possible some third parties such as tax preparers are still working to issue payments, so we urge our customers who use those services to monitor their accounts if they are expecting a stimulus payment. Best practices for monitoring your account are listed below.

We appreciate your patience during the rollout of these payments and distribution difficulties acknowledged by the IRS. We value the opportunity to help facilitate these payments.

Additionally, the IRS announced Jan. 11 that it will reissue payments for taxpayers who did not initially receive their second-round stimulus payment due to a processing error. The payments will be issued via direct deposit or paper check and the IRS said no action is needed by the recipients. More information from the IRS is available here.

For customers who receive a check, please keep in mind:

  • Arvest will cash stimulus checks for customers only
  • Customers can deposit checks at many of our ATMs or via Arvest Mobile Check Deposit, if eligible. Watch this video for instructions on how to use mobile check deposit.
