LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arvest Bank announced today the promotion of Asa Cottrell to senior vice president and sales manager for the bank’s central Arkansas market. Cottrell most recently was a senior vice president and manager of Arvest Wealth Management for the bank’s Little Rock and Fort Smith markets. During his 22-year career in banking, Cottrell also served as a vice president, location manager and client advisor with Arvest in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Cottrell graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in finance. He is a certified financial planner, a chartered retirement plan counselor and holds an Arkansas insurance license. His current and past service in the community involves work with organizations including Fellowship Bible Church, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, CareLink, Junior Achievement, Little Rock Christian Academy, Sager Creek Arts Center, Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital, Kiwanis and United Way.
