FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arvest Bank ranks highest among its peers in customer satisfaction with retail banking in the South Central Region. That’s according to the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study, released today.
This marks the sixth time in 10 years Arvest has ranked highest in the South Central Region, and gives the bank a total of 14 J.D. Power wins in the last 11 years.
Additionally, among rank-eligible banks, Arvest received the South Central’s highest scores in two of six factors analyzed by the study: convenience and channel activities. The South Central Region consists of Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.
“We are both proud and humbled to receive this extraordinary honor, which is based largely on what our customers experience as we help them throughout their financial journey through multiple contact channels. This award is a direct reflection of the commitment and hard work our bank associates put in every day.”
Kevin Sabin, Arvest president and CEO
Arvest ranked second in the Southwest Region, which consists of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming.
