FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arvest Bank ranks highest among its peers in customer satisfaction with retail banking in the South Central Region. That’s according to the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study, released today.
This marks the sixth time in 10 years Arvest has ranked highest in the South Central Region, and gives the bank a total of 14 J.D. Power wins in the last 11 years.
Additionally, among rank-eligible banks, Arvest received the South Central’s highest scores in two of six factors analyzed by the study: convenience and channel activities. The South Central Region consists of Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Arvest ranked second in the Southwest Region, which consists of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming.
