Most Arvest Bank branch lobbies across our four-state footprint are now open Monday-Friday. Because the health and safety of our customers, communities and associates remains our top priority, some temporary lobby closures may occur. These are due to COVID-19 case counts and staffing issues. In some cases, we may not have advance knowledge of the need to close a branch and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we recommend that masks be worn indoors for the safety and protection of others. Our associates are happy to provide customers a disposable mask if needed. Customers wearing a mask may be asked to lower it for a brief period of time for identification purposes.
