WACO Title celebrated the grand opening of its first dedicated commercial title and closing office in Benton County on March 7 with a ribbon cutting at the new Rogers location.
Officially opened in February, the 3,700-square-foot office houses seven associates and offers nationwide commercial closing services. In 2021, WACO Title opened the first dedicated commercial title and closing office in Washington County.
“Given the success of that office, we recognized that Benton County customers deserved a similar space,” said Sara Heck, WACO Title president and CEO. “We look forward to continuing to help customers close on their transactions, taking care of the details with top tier customer service and expertise so they know their property rights are protected.”
The new WACO Title Benton County Commercial Division office is located in the Hunt Tower at 5100 W. J.B. Hunt Dr., Suite 920 in Rogers. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
