Arvest Recognized for Greatest Support to Guard and Reserve Employees
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Arvest Central Mortgage Company of Little Rock has been selected as the winner of the 2014 Pro Patria Award. Arkansas Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) announced the company received the award today.
Recipients of the Pro Patria Award must demonstrate the greatest support to Guard and Reserve employees through leadership and business practices, including adopting policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the National Guard and Reserves. The award is the highest-level award that may be bestowed by a state ESGR.
Arvest Central Mortgage Company upholds personnel policies that ensure the highest level of company support for employees who are members of the Guard and Reserve. These policies enable employees to fulfill National Guard and Reserve training and deployment obligations, which contribute to the readiness and success of the nation’s defense.

Arvest Central Mortgage Company will be presented the Pro Patria award at the Arvest Central Mortgage Company on Oct. 7 at 10 a.m.
