It’s our pleasure to congratulate Cinthya Allen, Arvest’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, for being honored by the Journal Record on its 2023 Power List for Leaders in Workplace Diversity!

We're here to help protect your business from fraud.

Arvest strives daily to provide the best work experience for all associates.  We are committed to diversity and inclusion within our workforce and workplace. We also want to make sure we mirror the communities we serve and intentionally create an environment where all people – our customers, associates and the public at large – are respected and feel valued.

Cinthya was hired in October and brought with her 20 years of relevant experience, most recently having served as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator for the City of Norman, Okla. She also serves an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma.

She continues to build on the strong foundation already established for intentionally integrating diversity, equity and inclusion as part of the bank’s ongoing transformation in terms of its people, processes and technology.

Her passion, drive and dedication to DE&I – both within the bank as well as in our communities – made her the perfect person to lead Arvest’s DE&I efforts and also made her a natural for inclusion on the Journal Record’s 2023 Power List for Leaders in Workplace Diversity.

Congratulations, Cinthya!
