Arvest announced that Keith Bowles has been promoted to Sales Manager for the bank’s Benton County market. He replaces Amy Morbeck, who was recently promoted to Chief Product and Innovation Officer.

Bowles had served as Branch Administrator, Senior Vice President in Benton County since 2021. During his 15-year career at Arvest, he has held various positions in several Northwest Arkansas bank markets, including Springdale, Fayetteville and Siloam Springs. 

In his new role, Bowles will be responsible for developing and executing strategy and operations plans for the bank’s Benton County market, including oversight of sales and marketing programs. 

“Keith’s extensive experience and educational background make him a great fit for this position,” said Chad Evans, president of Arvest Bank – Benton County. “During his time at Arvest, he has developed strong relationships with strategic partners and has been able to adopt best practices learned from each of the markets where he served. We are excited to have him on the team as he helps us continue delivering innovative financial solutions to our customers.”

Bowles holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Letourneau University, a master’s degree from LSU-Shreveport and is working on his PhD in Strategic Leadership from Oral Roberts University. He is a graduate of Graduate School of Banking in Colorado, where is also an adjunct faculty member. In addition, he is a Six Sigma Black Belt, preparing him to evaluate business processes and develop strategic solutions. 

Bowles also serves on the board of the Arkansas State Police Foundation, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and is a co-founder of L.I.F.E Prep, helping youth to become leaders in their communities.
