JOPLIN, Mo. — Arvest Bank and Art Feeds Joplin have teamed up to create a new Arvest affinity debit card.

We're here to help protect your business from fraud.

Arvest and Art Feeds Joplin held a coloring contest at the Third Thursday event in Downtown Joplin on July 16, and local students and children were invited to participate in helping design a new debit card. The winning artwork was chosen shortly after the event. Libby Fanning, a third grader at College Heights Christian School, won the contest with her selected artwork. The Art Feeds Joplin debit card is now available at any Arvest location. The replacement fee of $7.50 will be waived on Art Feeds Joplin debit cards through Sept. 30, 2015, for new and current Arvest checking account customers.

Additionally, Arvest partnered with KVC Health Systems for the month of June to raise school supplies for children who are in foster care. Backpacks, calculators, binders, monetary donations and more were accepted to help supply these children with their needs for the school year. On June 12, Arvest Bank associates gave away root beer floats to kick off the drive. As a result of this drive alone, more than 20 children received school supplies.

Arvest has six branches in Joplin, as well as locations in Carthage and Webb City, and provides a wide range of banking services including loans, deposits, treasury management, credit cards, mortgage loans and mortgage servicing.
