Arvest Wealth Management is pleased to announce Alain Monkam has been named as a member of this year’s Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 class. According to its website, the Arkansas Business annual feature “highlights 40 people under the age of 40 who are making a significant impact on their companies, organizations and communities. They are the state’s rising leaders; people you need to know when doing business in Arkansas.”

Honorees are nominated by readers of Arkansas Business and chosen by its editors. As such, Monkam will be among those profiled in a special supplement to be distributed May 17. Arkansas Business will host an in-person luncheon ceremony with an interactive virtual experience June 17 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Little Rock to celebrate the class.

Monkam was named last year as a recipient of American Bankers Association’s inaugural 40 Under 40 in Wealth Management Award. The program recognized “wealth management and fiduciary professionals who are committed to the highest standards of achievement at work and in their communities.”

Monkam offices in Lowell, where he co-manages manages the Arvest Bank investment portfolio and manages individual and institutional fixed income portfolios for Arvest’s Trust Division and Arvest Investment Management Group, among other responsibilities. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA), president of the board of directors of the CFA Society Arkansas and has been a volunteer with Junior Achievement of Arkansas.
