Arvest Wealth Management is pleased to announce two of its associates – Alain Monkam and Kenny Wasson – recently were named as recipients of American Bankers Association’s inaugural 40 Under 40 in Wealth Management Award.
The new American Bankers Association (ABA) program “recognizes wealth management and fiduciary professionals who are committed to the highest standards of achievement at work and in their communities,” according to an ABA news release.
Monkam offices in Lowell, where he manages individual and institutional fixed income portfolios for Arvest’s Trust Division and Arvest Investment Management Group, among other responsibilities. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA), president of the board of directors of the CFA Society Arkansas and has been a volunteer with Junior Achievement of Arkansas.
Wasson serves as a client advisor for Arvest Wealth Management, a division of Arvest. As such, he helps clients build, maintain and transition wealth. Wasson is an active member of the Financial Planning Association® and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas, and an advocate for special needs children. He played a critical role in the development of North Little Rock’s inclusive One Heart Playground.
“We could not be prouder of these two associates,” Arvest Wealth Management president and CEO Jim King said. “Alain and Kenny work tirelessly for Arvest and our customers, and exhibit that same focus and dedication in their civic endeavors in their communities.”
