The Arvest Foundation recently announced a $5,000 to the Arkansas Tech University band program.
The grant will be used to fund the purchase of upgraded equipment and transportation cargo.
Shawn Bates, Russellville Community Bank President for Arvest, was joined by Russellville Branch Sales Manager Ashley Smith and commercial bankers Brittany Tolliver and Megan Chenowith in presenting the check on behalf of the Arvest Foundation to ATU staff, including Dr. Daniel Belongia, Director of Bands.
“We are grateful to the Arvest Foundation for their contribution to the Arkansas Tech University Band Program,” said Dr. Belongia. “This grant truly demonstrates the Arvest Foundation’s commitment to enriching the lives of our ATU Band community by providing vital resources that lead to student success.
