Arvest Bank is pleased to announce Penny Lacy has been promoted to the position of executive vice president and sales manager for the bank in Springfield, Mo.
Lacy started her career with Arvest in 1994 and most recently served as director of associate relations in Springfield. She has more than 30 years of banking industry experience and has held a variety of positions with Arvest, including teller, assistant manager, branch manager and human resources manager.
“Penny’s extensive experience in the industry has made her an invaluable part of our team,” said Jason England, president and CEO for Arvest in Springfield. “She has been a leader in multiple bank initiatives over the years, including the recently implemented Relationship Banker model, and her dedication to each role she has held at Arvest is truly inspiring. I’m especially excited to see how she drives change in the sales manager position.”
Lacy completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and she currently resides in Bois D’Arc.
“I’m excited and grateful for the opportunity to step into this role,” Lacy said. “Being able to work with Arvest for so many years has been amazing and I’m eager to join my new teammates as we not only meet, but exceed, the banking needs and expectations of our customers.”
