The roughly 5,200-SF facility will be located at 910 Canera Drive in Greensborough Village. In addition to front-line staff, it will house associates with expertise in business, commercial, consumer and mortgage lending.

“Greensborough Village is an important development for our community,” said Kevin Hufstedler, community bank president for Arvest in Jonesboro. “It’s a natural place for us to grow our local branch network and we look forward to establishing a presence there. The new branch will be designed to enhance the customer experience and our associates will be trained to offer a consultative approach for all retail financial needs in addition to traditional banking transactions.”

The Greensborough branch will feature two standard drive-thru lanes, one lane with a traditional ATM and one lane featuring an ATM with Live Teller. An ATM with Live Teller allows customers to have face-to-face communication and conduct transactions with Arvest tellers via a video screen.

The video tellers are able to help customers complete more types of transactions than a traditional ATM, including larger withdrawal amounts, specific account inquiries and complete check cashing. Customers can choose whether they want to take advantage of the video teller capabilities or use the machine like a traditional ATM.

Standard ATM capabilities are available 24 hours a day. ATM with Live Teller hours are 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday.

The new facility also will have two meeting/conference rooms available for public use.

“As we continue to meet the rapidly changing needs and expectations of customers, we are excited to leverage both technology and personal service to provide solutions to our customers in the ways that work best for their individual situations,” said Scott Copeland, president and CEO of Arvest in North Arkansas. “We are committed to being at the forefront of change within our industry without losing any of the personalized service our customers expect. We look forward to developing even more relationships in the Jonesboro community.”
