The J.D. Power certification evaluates mobile apps for its ease of navigation; range of services; speed of completing transactions; clarity of information; and appearance of the app. Our highly rated* mobile app, according to the Apple App Store, is designed to give users control over their accounts whenever and wherever they want, on the go and with ease.

Security + Convenience = Arvest Go

Arvest Go is loaded with secure features to help you access and control your accounts quickly, such as Touch ID and Face ID® login, plus a Quick View setting for checking balances without logging in. Most recently, Arvest added a tool that allows you to lock or unlock your Arvest debit or personal credit card instantly from your app to provide greater security and peace of mind.

How does J.D. Power certify an app?

J.D. Power’s Mobile App Certification, powered by Centric Digital, requires two advanced qualifications:

  1. Brands must rank among top performers in the most recent J.D. Power North American Mobile App Satisfaction Index, based on overall customer satisfaction.
  2. Qualifying brands must pass a rigorous evaluation of 250 different mobile app best practices for operations and user experience. The 250 are a subset of Centric Digital’s DIMENSIONS, a classification system used by industry leaders to benchmark digital performance.
