Arvest is pleased to announce Kirk Hays has been promoted to Regional Executive for the bank’s northwest region, where he will oversee banking operations in Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas. He will replace Rodney Shepard who was named southeast regional executive in Arkansas, replacing Craig Rivaldo who announced his retirement after 37 years with the bank.

Shepard, who has been with Arvest for 31 years, had replaced veteran Oklahoma banker Brad Krieger as the bank’s northwest regional executive in May 2024. He previously served as the bank’s first Chief Customer Experience Officer. Hays has been with Arvest for 31 years and most recently served as president of the bank’s Tulsa market since 2015.

Hays, Shepard and Rivaldo will work together in the coming months as the transition takes place, including the hiring of Tulsa’s new market president.
