Arvest Bank is pleased to announce Amy Morbeck has been named executive vice president and sales manager in Benton County, Ark.

Morbeck has served in a variety of roles in six years at Arvest, most recently as director of small business strategy and innovation. During that time, she helped found Arvest’s small business division. In her new role, Morbeck will coordinate, organize, direct and control the bank’s sales and marketing programs, among other duties.

“Amy is a fantastic addition to our leadership team here in Benton County and I know she will be a difference-maker not just for the bank, but more importantly, for our customers,” said Brad Crain, president and CEO for Arvest in Benton County. “Her experience and expertise give her valuable perspective and her interest in driving change and innovation is aligned with our commitment to transforming the way we serve and maintain relationships with our customers.”

Morbeck is a graduate of both the American Banking Association’s (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Leadership Program. Additionally, she is a member of the ABA’s Innovation Committee, has been an active volunteer at her church and her children’s school, among other civic endeavors, before moving to Arkansas. Morbeck holds a black belt in Taekwondo.

Morbeck, her husband and youngest daughter are in the process of relocating to Benton County. The Morbecks also have an adult daughter who lives in Kansas City. The family has served as a host family for seven international students over the past nine years.
