Therapists working at the Gregory Kistler Treatment Center in Fort Smith, Ark., are going to see upgraded workstations thanks to a $7,500 grant from the Arvest Foundation.

Help us fight hunger in our community.

The gift was announced recently at the treatment center. Local bank president Roger Holroyd, loan manager Trace Andres, community development senior representative Alex Sanchez and marketing manager Jennifer Caldwell of Arvest Bank were on hand to present the check.

The donation will allow the Kistler Center to purchase new workstations for its therapists. This will help equip them with the tools they need to continue caring for the treatment center’s patients.

“The Kistler Center is thrilled to receive this grant from the Arvest Foundation,” said Jennifer Kistler, executive director of the treatment center. “It will be used to provide new workstations for our therapists, allowing us to continue our dedicated mission of caring. We are grateful for the leadership and community support that the Arvest Foundation has shown to the Kistler Center and other nonprofits in the River Valley.”

“We are pleased to present this donation on behalf of the Arvest Foundation to support the Gregory Kistler Treatment Center’s efforts to provide a safe and inviting space for children to receive therapy,” Andres said. “This donation is just one of many we have made throughout the area. It demonstrates the foundation’s ongoing commitment to the children in the region.”
