“We are pleased to present this donation on behalf of the Arvest Foundation,” said Adams. “The Boys and Girls Club of Bartlesville has a rich history in our community.”

The funds will be used to support programs at the Boys & Girls Club of Bartlesville that impact more than 1,200 young people annually, ensuring these children, aged seven to 18, will have greater access to quality programs and services to enhance their lives and shape their futures.

Specifically, the contribution from the Arvest Foundation will enhance the implementation of the Junior Staff Program. Designed for youth aged 13 to 18, the program provides age-appropriate skill-building opportunities and hands-on experience. Junior staff members participate in Career Launch activities, develop leadership and employability skills, and form a sense of community responsibility.

“We are thankful for the Arvest Foundation and their support of the Club and our Junior Staff Program,” said Barta. “This program is one of our flagship programs. It provides many teens with job readiness skills and for many of them, their first job.”
