Murphy brings 11 years of industry experience to Arvest, where she will generate, evaluate and approve commercial loans, among other duties.

Murphy brings 11 years of industry experience to Arvest, where she will generate, evaluate and approve commercial loans, among other duties. Murphy’s specific areas of expertise are: healthcare financing, dental equipment and business acquisition financing, SBA loans for startup or expansion, leasing, investment property and commercial real estate financing, and accounts receivable and inventory financing. She will be based out of the Arvest branch located at 730 N. National Ave.

“Stephanie’s 11 years of business lending experience will be a great addition to the team,” said Steve Kelly, commercial loan manager for Arvest in Springfield. “She will be a strong culture fit and team player. We are excited to have her join the Arvest family.”

Murphy earned a degree in business administration at Vatterott College. She also completed the Missouri Bankers Association’s Advanced Lending School and Omega Performance’s Financial Accounting for Lenders course.

Murphy serves as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, and also is involved with the Missouri Bankers Association and its Young Bankers Leadership Division, the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and The Network. She lives in Springfield with her husband, Matt.
